Billy Waters has 20 years of retail and leisure industry experience. Moving up through the ranks at YO! Sushi throughout a 7 year period Billy progressed from the role of General Manager to his current post in head office by maximising his natural skills in the technical area. His key achievements include; the roll out of a fully integrated EPOS and MIS system across 50 restaurants, overseeing the development and implementation of the YO! To Go e-commerce web facility, implementation of VOIP telephony company wide and most recently, the migration of the on site email system to the new cloud based Office 365 from Microsoft.
His strengths include a high awareness of emerging technology, implementing systems on tight timelines and combining his technical and hospitality operational skills to give a balanced approach to the business. Previous employment ranged from running a micro-brewery in Singapore to working aboard cruise ship in the Caribbean. In his spare time Billy is a keen sailor and skier, enjoys cooking and spending time with his family. He lives in the South of England with his wife and 2 daughters.
