Software as a service Security also known as SaaS Security is a web model of software consumption.

With On Demand SaaS Security, or Software as a service Security, a provider licenses an app to customers for use as a service on demand, either through a time subscription or pay by usage.

The software as a service Security model allows vendors to develop, host and operate software for customer use. Software as a service Security means that alternative too having to purchase the hardware / software to run an application, clientele only require a computer or a server to download the app and internet access and utilise the software. SaaS Security (Software as a service Security) allows the software to be licensed for either a single user or for a whole group of users.

SaaS Security (Software as a service Security), software vendors could host the app on their own web servers or upload the app to the consumer device, disabling it after use or after the on-demand contract expires.
